    IMO-

    Consolidation
    New 3DTV business as main focus
    Removal of some management and or replacement.

    They have approx. $11.5m cash at their disposal so may be a big change for the better coming.

    It is still only a trade for me but I'd like to see Joe and shareholders do well out of this as always, goodluck all
