Tony999, a couple of years ago there was a poster who claimed to be a top twenty holder. He was posting information here about CTP talking about how terrible it was, while on the other site was laughing about how he could make the price drop and how many shares he was buying. Now I can't know for certain if that poster was actually the person in the top 20, but at that time the top 20 lists were available on CTP's site and it certainly reflected that the top 20 holder's stake was increasing at the rate at which this poster was claiming.
