Snowkat, placement *(second ann) and capital raising *(first ann) mean the same thing. Just like oh dear and ohh ohhh have the same meaning.

1. For example, Ohh ohhhh, they (CTP) have yet to get their (CTP) paper work in order, oh dear.

2. For example, we shall be doing a placement (CR) with Carmichael and diluting the shareholders by means of a Capital Raising.

3. For example Oh ohhhh, not another placement (CR) with Carmichael, oh dear this capital raising will dilute yet again and dumpedty dump may go the share price.
