Hi Luna. A colourful picture you painted. Of all the likely causes of failure I'd relegated problems with tenure way down the list. A few years ago maybe, but NOW??? We've built the compound, employed people on site, produced tons of tin from the leases and now suddenly there's a problem the first time we find a partner interested in progressing things to a serious level - it takes your breath away.
I'm like everyone else here, waiting to see what comes next, having just backed the recent rights issue I want to get a run for my money.
