    Agree with cg...'s sentiments. If it takes a suspension and a TH before then declaring appt of receivers, then the Dirs are blikely sailing close to the wind at best, and trading while insolvant at worst. Appt of receivers is not really a material op'al update, notwithstanding the v material impact. All IMO of course...Pt
