myke I don't think they can do that. Legally they need to offer new documentation.
My only concern in not sending a form back is that they make the choice whether to pay in cash or shares for you. I would not like to be told I am getting CAKRA shares later down the track because I did not indicate my preference.
However, as VON says, once you send in the form, they can then hold the shares until something is decided and you can't trade them.
Not a nice thought either way.
