This case has been on the table for some while in the mean time our CEO has approved ASX presentations saying "This project is going to happen" I hope he hasn't misled investors and markets or was he (they) that hard asleep at the wheel that this has come as a real surprise, the obvious business question that should have been asked and discussed at the board table, "what's the contingency should he win"....

It will never happen now but I would love to see a Packer or Stokes in tehheix group then we will see things happen, a clean up of dead sh&@s who add no value to the investors.
Its a very long road ahead if our leadership hasn't driven us into a dead end street, good luck to all but SHOULD this ever recover it will hands down be the story of 2016, but our clowns (leadership) wont know how to do it.
