Being realistic it is difficult to see how there is a "hero" outcome possible.
A funding solution seems impossible in the circumstances where the underlying business case of the company (mining and selling iron ore from Cameroon and Congo) has collapsed. In an environment where iron ore prices are sub $40/t there is no economic rationale for equity investment.
