That's focusing on the positives. Has track record is more like buy into a lithium stock pump it, dump it, move on rinse and repeat (there has been a few lithium stocks prior to moving into "guide" AVZ to glory. Good to see he has stuck his heals in with AVZ although the skeptic in me thinks this was more likely due to him being stranded with next to worthless options currently and having his performance rights based on a far far greater SP sticking around (although possibly due to AVZ being very high grade and a massive massive resource).. a mix of both id assume and just IMO.
