The company sent some announcements in a direct e-mail to registered shareholders at the end of last week, which you can also see on smx.tech in the form of tweets. These appear to be price sensitive, but have not been released as ASX announcements. Maybe that is the reason for suspension. They can't do it like that, has to be in line with continuous disclosure rules.

I have no idea what the timeline is for this SPAC listing on NASDAQ and how (if at all) I would be able to manage my position.

Feels like management are moving to line their pockets, but also that they are close(r) to commercial success. Also feels like a lottery with this Lionheart SPAC and what money stays invested or walks.

Really don't know what I think to be honest.
