Being suspended for so long doesn't necessarily mean it's bad news. There are probably a lot of pieces to this deal. A deal has probably been done with WA, that has removed some reliance on TAH, which has possibly brought them to the table as well to discuss terms of their re-seller agreements. TAH has a large stake in JIN, so you'd think it would be self defeating if there wasn't a commercial deal struck as well as JIN could become a posssible competitor to TAH if they parted ways.
All should be revealed this friday if not before.
