It wraps Tatts and charitable lotteries under the same site. It is popular in that the extra fee is fairly negligible relatively and keeps the accounts under the same 'roof'. The popularity of the company speaks for itself. it is the experience for many. There is scope for expansion as well. Not for everyone but for many it is.
