Why is the ASX holding up the company reply to the alleged disorderly market? Do they think it is an egg and trying to hatch it. I thought the rules are to run an efficient market and not sit on price sensitive information.

Point of contention, Who can remember the stock running to 60 cents a few years back, go look at the timelines, the ASX said.........crickets, nada, nothing and let it run, this time the company informs the market and the hammer is dropped. Seems to me that the rules are selected to suit the agenda.
I am patiently waiting for how the ASX is going to save face here. Just my opinion but i think they have effed up. It has more to do with personalities than anything else. FFS.
