the problem is that they have all these alternative commercial finance deals lined up
but what they don’t tell you is that
if UAE doesn’t agree to ownership structure..Phase 1 UAE would be dead imo
Phase 2 in this scenario would be ‘expedited’ but substantially delayed in comparison to Phase 1
Management would be gone, and I think LPD would be sold cheaply to survive
