To me, the EPA reports reads along the lines of Hatton telling Matt (I don't have to deal with NT) Shackleton that APC has to consult with all stakeholders and that includes Kado Muir.
KLL had to deal with a NT determination outcome in 2018 and that lead to a deal with TO's. If the Waturta are successful with their determination then it is inevitable that APC will have to do a deal at some stage. It simply means a royalty payment.
The more immediate question is whether the consultation process going forward has the potential to disrupt the development timeline.
