They have long escrow on their shares and so are making this company from the ground up, buying strategically, big potential resources for the major future income source but all the time along the way picking up the small profitable businesses to fund the big picture. The BOD don’t want capital raises as it dilutes their holding.
they are already a victim of their own success as the market is looking at them as a producer with what they think is a small profit but are not taking into account the bigger picture in the future. With other exploration companies, they are valued on potential rather than current cash flow whereas we have both, potential and cash generation now.
