In accordance with the terms of the Placement, if the New Options are exercised on or before 6 December 2023, the exercise price will be $0.050, representing a 50% discount to the $0.10 exercise price. If the New Options are exercised on or before 6 December 2024, the exercise price will be $0.075, representing a 25% discount to the $0.10 exercise price.
