If anyone thinks that the state and federal governments are going to kibosh this project and not attempt to fast track it soon, then you have no idea how politics and business works. Both are starved for cash and both want to be re-elected, and this project not only serves point one, it will provide a huge step toward point 2, due to the area being starved of capital required to stimulate employment.
You think RR doesn't understand this LOL, and hasn't been given a heads up. To suggest that the DFS is years away flies in the face of what SVL are clearly communicating, so either somebody is wrong or they are lying and misleading.
