Could it be a reclusive multi-millionaire with a passion for breeding black angus cattle and substantial pastoral holdings in the area?

Is @Bowdens hinting they are cashed up and ready for a High Court challenge if tomorrow’s hearing in the NSW Court of Appeal doesn’t go their way?
