$2m in H2 FY24 the same as H1, they indicated resolutions in 1st half of next year but that is dependent on the process etc. So most of the costs will be in FY24.
Indicated that if a suitable situation arose they would settle out if court.
NZ notice hasn't yet been received so still a bit early.
They did have both an exernal legal counsel & audit committee member on the call to answer questions re the cases & better regulatory compliance.
