Agree. What would they do, but strenuously defend the action when they have no money to pay the claim if it is correct. OEL are not short on money and I have never found them making false or unreasonable claims. In fact, I thought they have walked away a couple of times when they should have been a bit more aggressive and got a better result.

I feel that SWE are just putting off the inevitable which makes them into a difficult partner to go forward with. Still, we can not sit on our hands and allow them to take our money or breach our agreements.

I am sure there is a commercial settlement to this when SWE come to the table.
