    Oh dear.

    I hope Hebei do not commence legal proceedings and make a claim on Swanson for their investment so far. AM7 could ill afford a protracted legal proceeding.

    Why oh Why didn't they raise capital when the sp was much, much higher - take responsibility and build the mine themselves. At one stage the shareprice was close to 50 cents. A few shareholders on this forum have expressed that sentiment before.
