    Hebei have no money either. They owe $9M to another Tantalum Project that they have not paid, I don't think they will be chasing $650k from AM7. I take it as a good thing they have closed this matter and opened up to interested parties to progress Swanson. The sooner the better. Hopefully they go for cash upfront as part of the deal. Raising now would be awful, Q4 report tomorrow. IMO.
