Regarding the CR, Andrew was dealt a bad hand and I think he played it as best he could.

I can't imagine any shareholder is thrilled with where we are now but consider the alternative. Andrew was brought in at the end of January 2024.

As of 31 December 2023, there were two quarters of cash left:

Imagine where the company would be without the CR...trying to close out the offtake agreement while running on fumes...I'll take where we are now over the alternate scenario any day of the week.

The ideal time for the CR would have been when the cash was running down yet the stock was trading close to all time highs around September 2023...the inaction then was costly but that's not on Andrew.
