1. From what I can tell, the events in Niger and Mauritania are not connected. The Mauritania contract went to "Orano Logistics" (https://auraenergy.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/AEE_Presentation-241008.pdf) which seems to be a separate entity. I may be missing something but at first glance I'm not seeing why suspension of operation in Niger (where there was a coup) would affect Mauritania
2. Even if somehow they are connected it's not likely material for Aura. These types of events are typically covered by a clause known as "force majeure" which means that each company can walk away from the contract following particular types of events (e.g. a coup). In the unlikely event there's no "force majeure" clause, Aura isn't likely to suffer any direct financial consequences because if Orano Logistics can't deliver on the contract, Aura doesn't have to pay.
3. If production were scheduled for next quarter, then there would be cashflow impacts to consider. But given production is scheduled for over a year from now, that's plenty of time to swap in another provider if Orano can't ship the uranium.
