You would have to say the SPP will be scaled back as it as was open to Aus, NZ, and UK investors. I would be surprised if it wasn't
$2m / $30k = 67 investors
Heck, lets say each applied for $10k which will result in 200 investors participating or even better with $5k resulting in 400 investors participating
Unless, the over subscription was not much and AEE decides to accept the overs it is hard not to see this being scaled back. The only thing here is that the SP traded mostly below the price of the SPP so maybe that spooked some people off
Going by the SPP dates we'll find out this Thursday
