I am not blaming any one, blame is an emotional reaction. The same large holders that just increased their holdings at about 18c unloading at a loss makes less sense than option holders selling heads, or someone selling thinking there will be a final sell down of heads for exercising, or a mix of the two is my main thesis, not blame assignment. Always respect the gravity of options exercise from about 6 months out.
