I learned that the utilities need to deliver raw U308 to the Russians only when they receive their enhanced Uranium. That means that if they do not get a waiver, they need to sent that raw Uranium to another enricher. Which means the Russia ban does not create extra U308 demand. Maybe even a short term surplus surpressing the spot U price. And hence crashing the entire sector cause algo trading is based on the spot price, not fundamentals.
