And how long do you think it would take Sweden to streamline the licensing process? Even if they started today it would years for a streamlined process to be implemented. The Government can't just snap its fingers and change the process, it involves multiples pieces of legislation, Departments etc, all of that needs to be scoped, debated, negotiated, renegotiated, presented before Parliament, debated, redrafted, presented again. In that time the Government will have changed 3 times and the U boom will be long since gone.

It is zero until it is not, a lengthy application process is much better than a uranium ban, that's a start.
