The options selling should have stopped but the large holder who has been selling since September last year is still not done. Until they are finished selling this thing it will keep drifting lower and lower. It might pop 5-10% on good announcements but that liquidity will be used by the seller and within a few days it will be trading back to the pre-announcement levels (just like it did with the recent reserve upgrade announcement). If you go back to September last year you will see every major price spike has been used by the seller to dump shares completing killing the momentum.
