Retail Capital Raise is not a option. People that rushed in 2020 to be part of $1.45 capital raise got no return on investment. So it will be very difficult to get retail investors to sign up again. Smedvig did not part take in the retail offering, but decided to sell there 4% holdings when SP was at all time high.
