So in summary, they would have made a profit if they had not wasted resources building a crypto product they couldn't even launch, social investing features that nobody cares about, a UX that is very strange and convoluted compared to slick logical apps like Stake or even CommSec, and they wasted further energy and money on HK trading (who cares) and bonds (triple who cares)...
If they had just stuck to making the trading simple and standardised with actual chart tools and such, they would have more users and would be profitable.
They need Elon to come in and twitterfy it.
I'm not short and I'm actually a user just to get USA trading cheaper than the big four banks but god damn, please improve!!!
So in summary, they would have made a profit if they had not...
