They've still wasted a lot of development hours/time/money developing a product dedicated to an asset class that looks set to flop, when they could have spent that on other more practical features/improvements.

I still have a brokerage account with these guys that I use for the holdings in my wife's name, and every time I open it again to see what's changed or improved all I can do is sigh at how clunky the UI still is. That's not even mentioning the app.

Also feels like the whole rebrand design project was just a way to do a favour for a mate of one of the execs & funnel him some money or something, seeing it's the only project the "agency" with their pin-head characters they contracted has ever done: https://www.bigspaceagency.com/our-work
