Competitors don't seem to be having much of an effect on user growth....
Maybe the market has overreacted, with user base of that size could be attracting interest for an acquisition especially now that it is challenging the big four.

Still a bit of a weird announcement given capital raising and release of quarterly results was not too long ago.
