Building good product fast takes a lot of very good people. And very good people cost a lot of money. In order to turbocharge their product development and do what's outlined in the Hamburger they need cash. Everyone who has been asking for more features and quick, guess what, there is a cost to it!
Now, timing might be a question mark (why now and not earlier), but cash is needed to expand the team. I would like to see them hire product people now (Product Managers, Designers, QA and Engineers).
