    This is correct.
    I would have understood a cap raise off market to buy someone/something.

    But an on market cap raise, with no specific outlined reason other than "synergizing corporate back streams for improved forward-moving executive jargon" (Not a direct quote. Satire only.) is frustrating, especially after recent share price movements.
