I said this previously and I'll agree with many of the comments here, the sentiment around the current director and the moves made are just poor in general. I am not entirely sure how you would place someone with no prior tech success/in-depth buisiness knowledge to operate a company on the ASX let alone in the tech industry. It just screams absolute novice and unfortunately the only good result coming out of the current leadership team is the ability to create their own wealth at the expense of share holders.

Someone with proven results and a good grasp on this field needs to be put into management. It's the only way forward. I would certainly be against any type of take-over, the company is strong and has a good foundation, unfortunately that's where it ends. They're focusing all their funds in the incorrect locations, making poor decisions and over capitalizing.
