The concern is if you look at the top 20 in the last annual report , about half of these holders are in the top, maybe 15% of the stock in the hands of this group of 11 entities. Both sides cant win , and whoever loses becomes a seller , this is heading lower in my opinion post the vote.

Needs some form of mediation withthe founder , Andrew Ward to negotiate an outcome that is poisitive for shareholders .

Interesting is the notice does not request removel of the current CEO , where does she sit in all of this ? The company needs to mae a statement about current remaining directors position on the vote. Have these directors been asked to leave by the current board and refused to do anything or do the remainder of the board support the directors who this notice is lookig to oust.

Mr Scafer just going through the same exercise where he fought it on Clime against Mr Abernathy appears ok to have flipped and is now ok with the process of the 249D
