Re ‘sabine’, I simply liked the word ....but looked up the etymology a while ago and have now become more more attached, so thank you : ).
I like family run companies too, or companies that are run like good families but the emphasis is on the word ‘good’.
Regards BIN, the more I learn, the more I like it .
With Swick I am not as convinced, although delighted my shares have increased in value.
( I like keeping an eye on peers of my main investment, which has a drill and blast arm, and discovered Swick due to investment in another single focus driller.
I bought shares as I felt it was comparatively undervalued in an improving sector.)
Glendronach I am interested in your thoughts on Kent Swick . You seem to have quite a clear idea about him .
Have you met him?
And was my friend right when he said there is/was a brother involved in the company as well?
