Personally don't see why location matters at all - COVID has proven that. We can do office work from literally anywhere that has an internet connection.

I am quite disappointed to have lost the CFO after such a short amount of time - not sure he was in the role much more than a year if that. He did appear to be making a positive contribution, so I am confused as to why he decided to jump so soon (unless of course he was sent an offer he could not refuse....).

Needless to say, they have to spin this as positive though I am not convinced it is as yet to be honest.
