LOL. I am not wrong at all.
Any time a company issues shares its dilutive.

Now in this case as stated they issued 24,000,000 warrants exercisable@ 8c.
Its not dilutive until they are exercised.

If they are exercised SW1 will gain $1.9m in Funds. Yeh!
They will also issue 24m shares. Booo! This is dilution.
I have been hear a long time so i have every right to comment and not be abused.
I have been positive before and hopefully i will be again.

Just cause i see this announcement differently to everyone else does not mean i am wrong.
Does not mean i am right either. Its just my opinion as it is what HC is for.

Take it or leave it or challenge it. But keep personal comments to yourself.

In this case i am not even positive about an acquisition till i see it.
I would prefer we get to see some stable numbers come out first so we can see how the business is really running. If an acquisition is made it hides all of the details i would be looking for and you have to dig a lot further to understand things.

SW1 used to be such a simple business plan which i miss.
