You are missing the point again....
There may be more shares on issue but they are at a greater value and for cash at double the existing share price.
I wasn't personally attacking you - and issue of shares at a discount to the existing price is the true definition of dilutive - I have never heard anyone criticise a company for issuing shares at a premium.
