I don't disagree with your sentiment about the announcement (hence why I said, now to deliver), but I don't actually agree with you on a number of your points;
she's cut a whole heap of cost out of the business in the last 12 months, the big one being getting rid of MM, and another $500k on this announcement.
she's also delivered a number of contract wins & provided an actual strategy to move forwards
so whilst there is nothing material in this announcement, she has definitely strengthened the business significantly.
