As a long term holder who first purchased SW1 shares around 25 cents (& who topped up twice in the 35 cent range), but have since averaged down to now have an average purchase price of just under 2.7 cents, my own personal opinion is that SW1 has turned the corner.

Pippa & co have closed down all non profitable parts of the business, they are laser focussed on increasing revenues & margins in their 3 key areas (mining / aged care / & now retirement villages) - and SW1 now has a strong balance sheet (with around 7m in cash plus the MXO investment).

The upcoming quarterly reports & full year reports & other announcements should start to clearly show this progress.
