I had a yarn to management regarding the announcement earlier this week. They are pretty happy with the range of contract renewals. Swift Access getting traction in the market place, however its only fully operational in Mineral Resources, so it hasn't been widely seen by workers yet. Unfortunately installation takes time, but the pipeline is pretty full. The profit margin on Swift Access is vastly better than the old service and cheaper for the end user, so the expectation is that many will change over. It's just time.
Demand is strong as seen by the announcements this year and less competition from Veritas in the installation space after Telstra Purples purchase.
They are happy the ship has been turned around. Its now about delivering.
