To be honest, i would say that these guys making comments to the extent that you had to post this has no idea whatsoever of the behind the scenes process involved.
They are the “workers type” that demand their wages/ benefits . They have no idea really what effort goes into making the wheels go round.
Walk in someone’s shoes before bringing them down!
