If you go looking to sell your car (or whatever) your first offer is going to be below your sell price (the independent research conducted recently) whether it is significantly below is another thing - they're probably getting low balled in discussions whether its an outright purchase or JV terms. By acquiring more acreage (in the short term) you dont think that will increase our monetisation aspects in the future? Although not sure why we arent pumping more oil out in the other AOI
