Would make sense this is the origin of the volume selling.....
Magnolia would have known what was coming beforehand (and possibly offloaded some) and the Liquidator has the responsibility to sell what remaining assets are available to meet outstanding liabilities..... after all the liquidator will make sure they have funds to pay their fees first.
If this is in fact the case it would make sense a large seller is offloading during positive news and the fact the business (BRK) starting to accumulate regular positive cash flow......
Hopefully this is the source?
