They have sold a bucket load of land, just not any operated acreage yet.
The just finished the HBP program a couple of months ago. They need data on Rangers and Flames wells to firm up the decline curves as these form the basis for NPV calculations.
For all we know they could be in active discussions as we speak for the Jewell DSU... but securing the Bruins again changes the value proposition surrounding those 3 DSU's.
I doubt we will end 2023 without a significant asset sale under the hat but that is my opinion only.
