A simple but interesting mental exercise if you will.

I don't talk about the share price or make price projections per se but want to do a hypothetical .


1) Would people agree the market is saying BRK is fair value right now at a share price of 1.4 -1.5 cents?

2) If that is the case then with a current EPS of 0.34 cents, the market is applying a P/E ratio of ~ 4. There is a possibility that without a change in market sentiment towards small cap oilers , there may be no expansion of that ratio going forward. Therefore would there be general agreement that a P/E ratio of 4 can be used going forward unless we see a change in market sentiment?

3) Do people feel BRK will be able to reach the production numbers it has predicted , based on what it has proven it can do with the earlier program?

4) If one would agree with #3, then one should be confident that BRK will produce a rising revenue and profit stream through to 2028 as they have guided . That means if the USD / AUD is sitting at a similar levels to now in 2028 at ~65 cents, BRK will deliver a net income of ~AUD$77 million ( vary the AUD to whatever you think is reasonable)

5) If it hits that AUD$77 profit , assuming no buy backs , no capital raises , the SOI stays at 4.7 -4.8 billion by 2028 and that the market values BRK on the current fair value P/E ratio of 4, then what could the BRK share price be trading at in 2028 ?
